5 Days AI Cohort Program
What we'll do over 5 days
Day 1
Find the right AI opportunity
We start with your actual business or work.
We look at where time is being wasted, where decisions get delayed, where quality drops, and where repetitive work keeps coming back.
By the end of Day 1, you will have:
-
One clearly defined problem
-
A simple view of its business impact
-
A decision on whether AI is genuinely worth exploring here
Outcome: You stop guessing where to use AI.
Day 2
Design the workflow properly
Before touching tools, we map how the work actually happens today.
We define:
-
What information comes in
-
What decisions need to be made
-
What AI could handle
-
Where a human must review
-
What a successful output should look like
By the end of Day 2, you will have a clear workflow blueprint for your use case.
Outcome: You know exactly what you are trying to build before spending time or money on it.
Day 3
Build a working proof
Now we turn the workflow into something real.
Using safe examples, we create the smallest version that can prove whether the idea works.
Depending on your use case, this could be a:
-
AI-assisted workflow
-
Prompt system
-
Internal assistant
-
Content process
-
Research process
-
Reporting workflow
-
Simple automation
The goal is not a polished product. The goal is evidence.
Outcome: You leave with something you can actually demonstrate and test.
Day 4
Test the limits
A demo working once proves very little.
So we deliberately test:
-
Normal inputs
-
Incomplete information
-
Poor-quality inputs
-
Edge cases
-
Incorrect inputs
We look at where AI performs well, where it becomes unreliable, and where human judgement is still necessary.
By the end of the day, you will understand the real limits, risks and controls around your use case.
Outcome: You know whether the solution is trustworthy enough to use in real work.
Day 5
Build your implementation plan
On the final day, we review everything you learned and turn it into a business decision.
You will decide whether to:
-
Build it internally.
-
Use an existing tool.
-
Get external help.
-
Improve the proof.
-
Or not pursue it yet.
Then we map:
-
Your next steps
-
Who should own the project
-
What resources are needed
-
What should happen in the next 30, 60 and 90 days
Outcome: You leave with a practical AI roadmap, not another folder of ideas.
